Data controller

The data controller for your account and mailbox content is Wandizz Ltd (United Kingdom). Nula acts as processor of the email content it reads and drafts on your instruction.

What we hold

Email metadata and bodies, call transcripts, uploaded documents, and billing records — encrypted at rest, scoped to your workspace. Mail credentials and provider tokens are stored using AES-256-GCM and never displayed.

Sub-processors

Hosting (VPS), Twilio (telephony/SMS), OpenAI/Google/Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Telegram (notifications), and your own mail provider. The current list is maintained in our processor register.

Your rights

You can export or delete your workspace data at any time (admin-assisted). Retention is configurable per workspace. Requests: the contact address provided at sign-up.
